Youth Mass:

returns from Summer break on September 12!

Youth Mass will be offered weekly on Sundays at 5:00 pm starting September 12!

Serve at Youth Mass!  Middle and high school students are needed to serve approximately once a month as either lectors, altar servers, gift bearers, or ushers (complete training will be provided). Those who have received Confirmation are also invited to serve as Eucharistic Ministers.  To serve, contact us at  therockyouthministry@verizon.net

Middle and high schoolers interested in singing in the Youth Mass Choir, or young adults and teens interested in singing in the Contemporary Choir or cantoring should contact Mr. Alex Kuznezov at musicak@hotmail.com.

Rock Night:

Family Potluck BBQ follows Youth Mass on Sunday, September 12.

We’re kicking off The Rock’s season with a family BBQ for middle and high school students and their families.

To be held at the St Rocco field immediately following the 5:00 Youth Mass.
Come for an evening of food, fun and friendship!

Each family is asked to bring a side salad or dessert to share.
These should be left in the lower church before Youth Mass.

We’ll provide the Burgers and Dogs, Drinks and Entertainment.
A suggested $5.00 donation per family is greatly appreciated to help offset the cost.

To help us plan enough food, please RSVP!
Send your family name and number attending to the BBQ co-coordinators, Tracy
Hickey and Lisa Lockhart at: franklin52003@yahoo.com. Even a last minute rsvp is OK.

Students in need of service hours please contact Mrs. Lockhart to help with set up or
clean up.  We’ll need lots of teen and parent helping hands for set up, clean up and grill tending during the event.

We’re looking forward to another great year for The Rock! See you there!

followed by an inspirational speaker and Eucharistic Adoration enhanced by more praise and worship music.

Teens, friends, parents, and supporters of The Rock Youth Ministry

are invited and encouraged to attend.                The night ROCKS...don't miss out!              www.liftedhigher.com
